Airline Flight Reports

This is an area when you really get close to the flights.
In many cases it is NOT postcards, it could be forms in A4 size, or any kind of shape or form. They have in common that they written onboard a actual flight giving details about where you are, what you may expect to see and some hard facts about the flight.
Fascinating pieces of history is what I think!

To be able to understand a more complete picture I have often looked into airline timetables I either have myself, or are presented on the excellent web site: www.timetableimages.com.

No date nor time is given in the flight report so it's difficult to exactly tell the flight number.

Since the card is sent from Paris, it's likely that the passengers first flew with ABA to Copenhagen, and then continued with Air France or KLM. In that case the flight number between Stockholm and Copenhagen was 215, leaving Stockholm at 12:00, arriving in Copenhagen 14:15.

It is very interesting anyway I think. We get all kind of information about the flight. I also believe that I have found the flightnumber in one of the timetables available on line. The only thing that disturbs me a little bit, is that the route is flown only up until Sep 28. I have looked in a timetable from June 1956. Next issue is said to be available in August. Still I think that mos of what I state below is true!

Most likely this flight log is from my first trip to Finland as an infant (my mother is Finnish). The flight log is from our return trip.
